In 1985, a 40-acre parcel of land just outside Northfield went up for sale. With an eye for the retail potential of the location, Robert Harvey arranged the purchase and planted an orchard. Fireside Orchard and Gardens was born.

The operation offers over 20 apple varieties during the course of a season. The philosophy of Fireside Orchard and Gardens is to be more than just a store offering quality and value.
