Pam Powell has wanted to be a “salad girl” since she washed dishes at Madden’s Resort on Minnesota’s Gull Lake. Years later, with the help and encouragement of her husband and business partner Jim, son Nick and his best friend Anna, she introduced her homemade organic salad dressings at the Mill City Farmers Market in Minneapolis.

Since that summer in 2007, the dressings can now be found in many of the Twin Cities finest markets, including Lunds & Byerlys.
