All about Jarlsberg cheese
Jarlsberg is a wonderful cheese that’s as good for cooking as it is for snacking. It’s a mild, semi-soft cow’s milk cheese originally from Norway. It comes with holes resembling those in Swiss cheese and has a mild, nutty flavor.
Since it melts so well, it’s great for sandwiches, fondues and quiches. It also pairs well with Merlot!
