Edina, Minn. (Dec. 4, 2018) – Lund Food Holdings, Inc. has signed a purchase agreement with AVR, Inc. to purchase a 7-acre parcel of land in the Orchard Place development in Apple Valley for a future Lunds & Byerlys.

The site is located on the southwest corner of Pilot Knob Road and 155th Street West and is part of a more than 400-acre area that will feature a significant amount of housing, office and retail development in the coming years.

Lunds & Byerlys anticipates opening a store on the site by 2021.
