Edina, Minn. (September 26, 2018) ‐‐ A new Lunds & Byerlys in White Bear Lake will feature foods and services never seen before at a Lunds & Byerlys store.

The grand opening ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 4. The grocery store will then officially open at 6 p.m.

The new store, located at 4630 Centerville Road, has everything customers have come to expect from Lunds & Byerlys – extraordinary food, exceptional service and passionate expertise – with many new features sprinkled throughout the store:

• Creations Café: Enjoy seemingly endless meal options, including our fresh salad bar, grilled‐to order burgers, DIY taco bar, Asian‐inspired food bar, expanded Hissho Sushi offerings and more. Customers can dine in the café seating area, the mezzanine or outside on the patio.
• Wine and Tap Beer: The store will feature eight wines by the glass and eight local craft beers on tap.
• Steamed Seafood: Customers can select a fresh steamed seafood meal like our Korean BBQ Glazed Salmon or Ginger Glazed Tilapia or opt for a steamed‐to‐order seafood selection to take home like cod, walleye, shrimp or sea bass.
• Mozzarella Stretching: Fresh mozzarella is hand‐stretched right in stores and comes in a variety of marinated flavors. Our specialty cheese counter also offers a selection of house made dips, spreads and appetizers.

This 47,000‐square‐foot store, open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to midnight, will also feature premium choice beef, locally grown and organic produce, a full‐service deli, and thousands of organic and natural offerings. Additional amenities will include a Wines & Spirits shop, Caribou Coffee, US Bank, Bachman’s Floral and pick‐up service for online shopping customers.
