Prosecco Gelato Float

Made with sparkling wine, this impressive but easy dessert is for adults only – and so easy to make! Just drop 1-2 scoops of your favorite gelato into a glass (we used our L&B White Chocolate Raspberry and Toasted Coconut Gelatos), then top with about 4 ounces of Prosecco. It’s an easy way to add a fancy finishing touch to any dinner party.
