Lemon Berry Rum Shake

Ingredients

  • 3 C L&B Lemon Sorbet
  • 1 C dark rum
  • 0.5 C frozen raspberries
  • 0.5 C frozen strawberries
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Lemon zest for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place 2 (16 oz) glasses in the freezer for at least 1 hour and up to overnight. 

  2. In a blender, combine the sorbet, rum and frozen berries and blend on high speed until smooth, about 3 minutes. 

  3. Divide the shake among the chilled glasses and garnish with whipped cream, lemon zest and mint. Enjoy!
