Heat oven to 350 F.
To make the Jarlsberg dip: In a large bowl, mix together the cheese, mayonnaise and onions until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a small casserole dish and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Remove the dip from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
To make the burgers: Heat a grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat.
Cut the Ciabatta rolls in half to separate the tops and bottoms. Spread 2 tablespoons of the Jarlsberg dip onto the top half of each roll. Close the rolls and wrap them individually in aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped rolls top side down on the upper rack of the grill to keep warm. Alternatively, if making the burgers inside, place the wrapped rolls topside down in the heated oven to keep warm.
Season the burgers on both sides with the L&B Dry Aged Beef Seasoning. Grill the burgers until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 7 minutes per side or until the burgers register 160 F on an instant-read thermometer.
Remove the rolls from the grill or oven. Unwrap and open them. Spread 1 tablespoon of the L&B Smoky Chipotle Garnishing Sauce on the bottom half of each roll.
Place one burger on each roll bottom and garnish with the tomatoes, lettuce and onions and finish with the roll tops. Enjoy!
